Welcome to SneaksWash. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. These terms govern your use of our sneaker cleaning and restoration services.
Service Limitations & Policy on Replicas
At SneaksWash, we pride ourselves on using premium, industry-approved products and specialized techniques designed for genuine materials used in authentic sneakers. Our processes are tailored to the specific construction and material quality of legitimate brands.
We do not service counterfeit or replica sneakers.
The materials and dyes used in replica items are often unpredictable and of lower quality. Applying our specialized products to these materials can result in irreversible damage, such as color bleeding, material disintegration, or glue failure. To protect your property and ensure the integrity of our results, we reserve the right to refuse service for any item we suspect to be counterfeit.
Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our official website. Payment is required at the time of booking for card payments or upon collection/drop-off for cash payments. Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change.
Turnaround Time
Our turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. While we strive to complete all services within the advertised timeframe (e.g., Same-Day, 72-Hour), delays may occur due to high volume or the complexity of the cleaning required.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for accurately describing the condition of their sneakers during booking. Please remove any personal items from your shoes, such as custom insoles or lace locks, before handing them over for service. We are not responsible for any lost items.
Liability
While we exercise the utmost care in cleaning and restoring your sneakers, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, weaknesses in the material, or inherent defects that may become apparent during the cleaning process. This includes, but is not limited to, faded coloring, cracked leather, or weakened glue. Our liability for any damage caused by our negligence is limited to the fair market value of the item, up to a maximum of £100.
Changes to Terms
SneaksWash reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your use of our service following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.
